Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at support@3guysgolfcarts.com. It is important that you also send images if item or package is damaged. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Return window is 30 days from date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges after 30 day period from DATE of purchase.
In some situations, buyers are responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from their refund.
In the rare circumstance that we make an error with your shipment, we will pay return shipping and ship you the correct product. In the rare circumstance the correct product is defective, we will pay return shipping and give you 100% credit. Please note: A photo of the incorrect or defective item will need to be provided to us. Also, if a customer says inaccurate web description or part did not fit, customer needs to provide a serial number of their golf cart so we can verify. Our parts do, in fact, fit the cart specified. The items we sell are cart specific, and an incorrect order on the customer side does not constitute any wrong doing on our side. It is the customers responsibility to fully read item description before ordering. We do not offer technical support. We do not take returns on used roofs, or used tires.Â
Please note:Â NO pre-paid return labels will be given on propane heaters. These heaters are inspected upon return and 99% of the time there is NOTHING wrong with the item, please refer to the included documentation on how to setup the heater on first use.Â
Any large items returned, such as roofs, WILL be charged a 20% restocking fee. We do NOT accept returns on used items. We also do not provide a return label on 80" roofs, engines or seat combos.
If you receive the correct product but decide that you no longer want it, then you pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
If no message was sent in regards to the return, or no explanation given, then you pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
